Amy Thompson

Amy Thompson is Adviser to the UK Federation of Chinese Schools. 

She is an Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths College and a Trustee of Speak to the Future - campaign for languages (sponsored by the British Academy) and was Chair of NALDIC (the national subject association for EAL) from 2010-2013 and was an impact assessor for REF 2014 (Modern Languages and Linguistics). 

Amy has been a local authority school improvement adviser, and head of English language support and ethnic minority achievement services for three local education authorities.
