Cath Smith is Head teacher of Bow School in Tower Hamlets.

Bow was graded ‘good’ in 2013 and has very recently moved into new premises, built as a part of the Building Schools for the Future Programme. Bow is undergoing significant transformation - it has begun its scheduled growth from a small (500) 11-12 school for boys to a large (1600) mixed 11-18 school by 2020.
