Ed Chapman

Ed is on secondment from the Department for Education to support Challenge Partners with developing its strategic communications between schools and with the wider policy world.

At the Department for Education, Ed worked on school leadership policy (instigating the review of headteacher standards and the headteacher deployment strategy) and the London Challenge programme (the Keys to Success programme and post-16 policy).

He is a trustee of the charity Ocean Maths, which engages parents in deprived communities with their child’s maths homework.
