Felipe Alviar-Baquero

Felipe Alviar-Baquero is a dad, a Solicitor and an entrepreneur. He currently works at INDECS Consulting Limited where he specialises in advising multinational companies, governments, export credit agencies and multinational financial institutions in complex infrastructure projects. Prior to joining INDECS he was a senior lawyer at Latham & Watkins and an associate at Slaughter and May.


Felipe loves entrepreneurship and has spoken and written widely about it and, in particular, about the need for creating an entrepreneurial culture at home and school and the need for entrepreneurs to focus on social impact. In 2010, Felipe opened Tiny Town, a 20,000sqft indoor play area in Larkfield, Kent, which focuses, among other things, on children learning while playing, community interaction, exercise and accessibility.


Felipe is a trustee of Children of the Andes (a UK registered charity helping vulnerable children in Colombia) and an ambassador for Demelza and Young Kent.
