Li Wei

Li Wei is Chair of Applied Linguistics at the UCL Institute of Education.

 

Prior to this, he was Pro-Vice Master at Birkbeck College, University of London until December 2014.

 

His research interests are in the broad areas of bilingualism and multilingualism including multilingual education. He has carried out large scale research projects on community language schools in different parts of the UK funded by the ESRC and AHRC.
