Rebecca is a graduate of the Teach First programme and Secondary Headteacher at Reach Academy Feltham, an all-through school she co-founded in 2012. Reach Academy was the first all-through Free School to be awarded Outstanding in every category by Ofsted in 2014.

Before Reach Academy Rebecca worked for the ARK Academies chain in London schools and prior to that she worked in Enfield during her Teach First placement. The aim for Rebecca, her staff and her students is to build a school which proves that socioeconomic status need not be a barrier to learning, attainment and future happiness, and that working in high-need communities can be a sustainable career choice for teachers.
