Victoria Oladele

Victoria Oladele has a DipHe in Social Work from the University of Southampton, an Open Degree (Specialising in Youth Work) from the Open University and is currently completing her MA in Children, Youth and International Development at Brunel University. Despite only being 24 years old she has over eight years professional experience working directly with young people. She has previously worked for University of Southampton, Hampshire, Eastleigh and Southampton local authorities, Oxfam and the British Council.


Having recently joined the Generating Genius team as a project manager, Victoria now works in a more STEM focused environment and to support the widening participation model with young people who need it most. Victoria is an individual who is passionate about supporting young people in any way she possibly can, this is seen through her vast volunteering and work experience as well as the development of her own monthly youth empowerment debate and talk show (The Insyde Out Show).
